1. General Agreement
By accessing or using 7JL Casino services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, a resident of the Philippines or another permitted jurisdiction, and legally permitted to participate in online gaming. Employees of 7JL Casino, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Each player may hold only one account. We reserve the right to verify identity (KYC) at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits are credited instantly via supported methods (GCash, Maya, GrabPay, online banking). Minimum deposit ₱100. Withdrawals require account verification and are processed within 5 minutes to 4 hours depending on method. Reversed or fraudulent transactions will result in account suspension.
5. Bonus Terms
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the point of claim. Welcome bonus: 25× rollover on bonus + deposit. Free-spin winnings: 15× rollover. Bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts, irregular play patterns, or low-risk wagering — will result in forfeiture of bonus and winnings. 6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games use independently certified RNGs. Game outcomes are final. In the event of a malfunction, all bets are void and stakes refunded. Collusion, cheating, or use of automated software is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

8. Privacy & Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act and our Privacy Policy. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and never sold to third parties.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes should first be raised with our customer service team. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's player-protection channel. Both parties agree to good-faith resolution before any formal proceedings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
